This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, talk to us or join one of our programs, why we use it and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
Theseniordev.com Ltd., Suite 4.3.02, Block 4, Eurotowers, Gibraltar GX11 1AA (company number 125120) is the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect
When you visit our website or read our emails:
- Your name and email when you sign up
- IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit
- Cookie data, and whether you open or click our emails
When you apply or book a call:
- Your answers to our application form, your phone number and your career details
- Notes from your admission call
When you join a program:
- Account details and billing information. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Your activity on our platform, assignments, assessment results and messages
- Your resume, LinkedIn profile and the job applications you log
- Your participation in live calls. Group calls are recorded and shared with program members.
When you claim or keep a guarantee:
- Your salary, payslips, contracts, offer letters and promotion letters
- Job search verification you choose to give us: read-only access to a job search email, screenshots or screen recordings
Testimonials: we only collect and publish your story, name, photo or results with your permission.
3. Why we use it
We only use your data where the law allows it:

We don’t sell your data. We don’t make decisions about you based only on automated processing.
4. Who we share it with
We share your data only with:
- Payment providers
- Email, CRM and scheduling tools
- Our training platform, website hosting and video call tools
- Workspace and document tools
- Analytics and advertising partners, only with your consent
- Our accountants and lawyers
- Authorities, when the law requires it
- A buyer of our business, if it is sold or reorganized
Our service providers only process your data on our instructions, under data processing agreements. Email us for the current list.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers are outside Gibraltar, the UK and the EU, mainly in the US. When we transfer data there, we rely on an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on Standard Contractual Clauses. Email us for a copy.
6. How long we keep it
- Students: for your program and 2 years after it ends, to handle guarantee claims and questions.
- Payment and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Group call recordings: as long as we share them with program members. We remove your part on request where practical.
- Applicants who don’t join: 2 years after our last contact.
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
After that, we delete your data or anonymize it so you can no longer be identified.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your data
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Restrict or stop using it, including for marketing at any time
- Send it to you or another provider in a usable format
- Withdraw a consent you gave
Email team@theseniordev.com. We reply within 1 month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
You can also complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run our website. We only use analytics and advertising cookies with your consent. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
9. Security
We protect your data with access controls and trusted providers, and only people who need it can see it. Job search verification is used only to check your applications. We never ask for or store your email password.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we tell you by email or on our website.
