Get an SWE job offer in 90 days or less. Or you don’t pay.

This program is for Software Engineers with at least 2 years of professional experience. If you’re earlier than that, our free YouTube content is a better starting point.

0. Our Good-Faith Commitment (Read This First)

This program’s terms & guarantee are NOT designed to trap you. They exist to take the risk off your decision to join because we want exactly what you want: you to get hired as fast as possible.

The requirements below (assignments, applications, calls, and assessments) aren’t hoops for our benefit; they’re the minimum actions that get people hired, and really a commitment you’re making to your own success.

This is not us versus you. From your first call to your signed offer, we’re on the same team, and everything after this section is just the detail, written precisely so there are no surprises for either of us.

1. What this program is

This is a 3-month intensive sprint with Bogdan and me, with the sole goal of getting you a software engineering job offer in 90 days or less.

Here’s what you get:

3. The investment:

You can start working with us from as little as 1,500 EUR.

The total investment is 6,000 EUR — with Split-on-Success pricing:

• You only pay half (3,000 EUR) to get started. The other half is only due the moment you sign your job offer — and you can spread it over up to 3 months, aligned with your new salary.
• And you can split the down payment again: 50% down (1,500 EUR) and 50% in installments (up to 3×). Payment plan only available if you commit within 24 hours after your admission call with Dragos.
• No job offer = you never pay the second half.

4. Our guarantees:

🛡️ 14-Day Trial

Do the week-1 work, and see it from the inside. If within your first 14 days you decide this isn’t for you, you get a full refund of everything you paid. No questions beyond a short feedback call, processed within 14 days.

After day 14, your enrollment payment is non-refundable, and the only remaining path to a refund is the 180-day guarantee below.

🛡️ No-Hire, No-Pay (180-Day Guarantee)

Our students usually get an offer within 90 days. But if you execute on the program and you’re not hired by day 90, the next 90 days of the program are free.

If you’re still not hired on day 180, you get a full refund of everything you paid (excluding transaction fees), assuming you implemented the program. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

The refund applies if you’re not employed in software development by day 180.

Your 90-day and 180-day clocks both start on your kickoff date (your onboarding call), not the day you pay.

4.A. How we set your goal (Target Profile/Offer)

Your Target Profile is agreed upon on your admission call and confirmed in writing at kickoff, after your technical assessment. It includes your role type, tech stack, target markets, salary ranges, and language requirements. Minimum salary is set by us based on market data. It’s a realistic floor, not a number you nominate. It protects you from lowballs.

Only a Qualifying Offer (matching your Target Profile) fulfills the guarantee, meaning it marks your participation in the program as a success.

4.B. What “Doing the Work” Means:

4.B.1. Execute on the program

Complete all the “Mandatory” training modules:

• Complete 100% of the training materials flagged as “Mandatory” in the platform within 90 days.
• Complete all technical assessments at least twice over the 90-day period. Assessments are rate limited, and the platform implements several protections against AI agents. AI Agent use in doing and submitting assignments is forbidden unless explicitly indicated in the training material. Some Action Items do require the use of coding agents.

Send the required job applications with a quality resume:

• A quality resume is one that scores at least 90% on our automated quality scans and has been manually approved by the mentors.
• Meet your weekly Quality application target (this is only a base, the mentors will make a personalized recommendation based on your Target Profile which will over write it)
  • In-Person / Hybrid (Big City): 20 quality applications/week → 250 total
  • In-Person / Hybrid (Mid-Sized City): 15 quality applications per week → 150 total
  • Fully Remote: 30 quality applications per week → 300 total
• Minimum floor: You must submit at least 10 Quality Applications per week. This is the absolute minimum. Falling below this triggers the Escalation Path.
• You begin submitting applications starting Week 3 of the program.
• If you are not ready to start applying by Week 3 (e.g., resume not approved, mandatory prep not complete), your coach will flag it in the weekly review. You will receive a written notice and a 14-day cure window to get ready. If after the cure window you are still not submitting applications, your guarantee is voided.
• Exception: Your mentor may approve a delayed start in writing if they determine you need additional upskilling time. This exception must be documented in the platform. The delay cannot exceed 4 weeks (starting Week 7 at the latest) without written approval from Bogdan or Dragos.
• All applications must be logged via the platform extension and submitted to real, verifiable employers matching your Target Profile.
• If you cannot find enough quality jobs to apply to, log what you found and contact your coach.
• Fully remote roles are NOT eligible for the guarantee.

Job Search Verification:

• To maintain guarantee eligibility, you must verify your job search activity upon request. See Glossary: Verification for details and options.

4.B.2. Stay active and engaged

• Attend at least 75% of weekly live coaching calls over the 90 days.
• Respond to coach messages within 1 to 3 weekdays.
• Submit ALL the weekly check-ins with your progress. If a check-in is still missing by Thursday of an ongoing week, mentors will use the Escalation Path.
• The platform automatically tracks meaningful actions.
• Complete at least one meaningful action every 3 to 5 days to maintain momentum. Lack of activity will trigger the Escalation Path.

If you are inactive:

• After 3 days: Automated reminder
• After 5 days: Mentors kick in the Escalation Path (written warning + 14-day cure window)

4.B.3. Submit Authentic & Quality Work

No AI abuse. Your work must be authentic:

• All work must be your own. AI tools may be used as help, not as a replacement for your own thinking and effort.
• Submissions with over 30% AI-generated content won’t count and will be flagged for review using industry-grade AI detection tools, followed by manual mentor review and escalation path if needed.
• Cheating, plagiarizing, or misrepresenting your work will result in immediate guarantee void and program removal.

No Sloppy Work:

• Sloppy work submitted with grammar or formatting errors will be flagged and rejected by the mentors. After 2 rejections for the same deliverable, mentors will kick in the Escalation Path.

4.C. If you fall behind

Missing weekly requirements does NOT silently cancel your guarantee.

All missed requirements follow the Escalation Path defined in the Glossary.

Exceptions that skip the Escalation Path:

• AI misuse or cheating: Immediate guarantee void + program removal.
• 14 days inactive: Immediate program removal. 50% payment due. Lifetime ban if unpaid.
• Conduct violations: Written warning. Second offense = removal. 50% payment due. Lifetime ban.

Genuine life interruptions and emergencies are handled separately under the 30-day pause below. Just talk to us.

4.D. When the guarantee is voided

If your guarantee is voided for any reason (inactivity, failure to complete requirements after the cure window, AI misuse, cheating, or conduct violations):

• The guarantee is permanently voided. You are no longer eligible for the No-Hire, No-Pay refund.
• You may continue in the program. We still want you to get hired. Your access to the platform, calls, and coaching remains.
• If you later get a job, the remaining 50% (3,000 EUR) becomes due, just like any other student who gets hired.
• The 50% is NOT due immediately upon guarantee void. It is only due if you get hired, or if you are later removed from the program.

Program Removal (Only for complete abandonment):

If after your guarantee is voided, you go 14 consecutive days without any meaningful action AND no communication with your coach, you will be removed from the program.

At that point:

• The remaining 50% (3,000 EUR) becomes due immediately
• Failure to pay within 30 days results in a permanent lifetime ban from all SeniorDev programs and services

Reinstatement:

If you were removed for abandonment but later want to rejoin, you must:

• Pay the outstanding 50%
• Apply for readmission (subject to approval)

4.E. Life Emergencies & Edge Cases

If something serious interrupts your search (illness, family emergency), please talk to us. We can pause your program and your guarantee clock once, for up to 30 days, by written agreement.

Force Majeure:

We reserve the right to request written evidence of the emergency (e.g., doctor’s note, official documentation) before approving a pause. We may also approve a pause at our discretion without evidence in good-faith situations. False claims of emergencies or fraudulent documentation will result in:

• Immediate guarantee void
• Program removal
• 50% payment due immediately
• Lifetime ban

4.E.1. Work you take during the program:

Any paid development work must be declared within 5 business days. We classify it together in writing:

• Placement: Any paid development work you accept at 30+ hours/week with a duration of 3 months or more. If the contract has no fixed end date, it is also a Placement. Accepting a Placement makes the second half of payment due. Any developer work you accept is a Placement by default unless classified in writing as a Bridge at declaration.
• Bridge: Temporary survival work under 30 hours/week OR less than 3 months duration. A Bridge triggers no payment, breaks no guarantee, stops no clock.
• Important: If you accept a Bridge (under 30 hours/week OR less than 3 months duration) but later stop submitting applications or stop engaging with the program, the Bridge will be reclassified as a Placement and the remaining 50% becomes due.
• Undeclared work is always treated as a Placement. The full balance becomes due immediately. Not fulfilling payment results in a permanent lifetime ban.

4.E.2. Conduct Violation:

We reserve the right to remove students who are abusive to coaches or community members, cheat in interviews, or share program material after one written warning, except in severe cases.

Removal for conduct cancels the guarantee, and the remaining 50% payment becomes due immediately. Any amount paid up to that point is non-refundable.

5. What happens after you get an offer

Congratulations! We are so proud of you, and we wish you the best in this next job!

Immediately upon signing your job offer, the second half of the investment (3,000 EUR) becomes due. Not when you receive your first salary. Not when you start working. The moment you sign the offer letter, the 50% is due.

5.1 Second Half Payment Terms

You can pay in two ways:

• Full payment: 3,000 EUR one-time payment
• Installments: Up to 3 monthly installments (1,000 EUR each), aligned with your new salary

If you choose installments, the first installment is due upon offer signing. The remaining installments are due on the same date in the following months.

Declare Your Win

You must declare your job offer within 5 business days of signing. You can verify with:

• The signed offer letter
• The first payslip (if you prefer to wait)

Undeclared work is treated as hiding placement details. In that case:

• The full 3,000 EUR balance becomes due immediately
• You face a permanent lifetime ban from all SeniorDev programs

Use Your Credit for the Senior Track

Within 30 days of accepting your offer, you can put the 3,000 EUR toward the full Get to Senior program (6,000 EUR standalone). You pay 5,000 EUR total instead of 6,000 + 6,000.

7. Q&A

1. How much time commitment does the program require?

Plan for 10–20 hours per week:

• 5 hours of program work (modules, assessments, assignments)
• 5–15 hours of job search activity (applications, interviews, prep).

If you can’t commit to this, don’t join yet. The guarantee assumes this effort.

Language requirement:

Your Target Profile includes the language(s) required for your target roles. We verify this on the admission call.

If your Target Profile specifies “English-only” roles, you do NOT need local language proficiency (e.g., German, Dutch, French). The majority of IT roles in the Netherlands, Germany, and other EU countries use English as the working language.

If your Target Profile specifies roles requiring local language proficiency, you must have professional working proficiency in that language.

Only applications that match your agreed Target Profile (including language requirement) count toward your weekly target. Applications for roles outside your agreed language requirement do NOT count.

2. When do my 90 and 180 days start?

On your kickoff date. That is the onboarding call where we confirm your Target Profile in writing, not the day you pay.

3. What counts as “getting an offer”? ]

For the guarantee: a Qualifying Offer is real, paid development role matching the Target Profile we agreed before you paid.

For the payment: a Placement — any development work you accept at 30+ hours/week without a near end date, whatever the salary.

Survival work (a Bridge) triggers nothing, as long as you declare it.

4. What if I need to take a temporary job to pay the bills?

Take it, but declare it within 5 business days. We classify it together in writing as a Bridge: your program, your conditions, and your clocks all continue, and nothing becomes due with the condition that you keep on sending job applications and the rate required. Non-development work never affects the guarantee as long as you can keep executing on the program.

8. Glossary

1. Quality Application

An application that meets this check list. It counts toward your weekly target only when all the following are true: (a) the role matches your Target Profile agreed at onboarding (tech stack, level, market), including the language requirement agreed at onboarding. Applications for roles outside your agreed Target Profile do NOT count. (b) the posting is a real, currently open position from a verifiable employer; (c) the resume is a Quality Resume, the version is the one approved by your mentor (score 90%+); and (d) it’s logged in the tracker with date, role, and link via the platform extension. If the platform is temporarily unavailable, you must send the mentors screenshot as proof.

2. Quality Resume

A resume that scores at least 90% on our automated quality scans and has been approved by your mentor. This is the version you use for all applications. Cover letters are optional.

3. Target Profile / Offer

This describes the kind of offer/job position you are looking to get. This is defined and agreed upon during the admission call and confirmed in writing at kickoff, after your technical assessment.

Components:

• Role type: Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, Mobile, etc.
• Preferred tech stack: React, Node.js, Python, Java, AWS, etc.
• Target geography/market: New York, San Francisco, London, Berlin, Remote, etc.
• Minimum salary: Based on market data for your assessed level and target location. Agreed by both parties during the kick-off. This protects you from lowball offers. If we can’t agree on a realistic range, you’re still inside your 14-day trial window and free to walk away with a full refund. Once agreed upon, the profile is revisable only by mutual written agreement
• Ideal salary: Your aspirational compensation target. This is optional and not guarantee-related. We’ll help you get there, but the guarantee is based on the minimum salary.
• Language requirements: English-only or local language required.

4. Qualifying Offer

A written offer for a paid software development role that matches your Target Profile from a real, verifiable employer, for at least 30 hours/week and at least 3 months.

Receiving one fulfills the guarantee, whether you accept it or not. Internships and unpaid roles never qualify. If you accept a Qualifying Offer, the remaining 50% (3,000 EUR) becomes due immediately upon signing.

5. Placement

Any paid software development work you accept at 30+ hours/week with a duration of 3 months or more. If the contract has no fixed end date, it is also a Placement.

Accepting a Placement makes the second half of payment due. Accepting a Placement triggers the second half of payment (3,000 EUR) to become due immediately upon signing. You can pay in full or in 3 monthly installments.

Any developer work you accept is a Placement by default unless classified in writing as a Bridge at declaration. If you accept a Bridge but later stop submitting applications or stop engaging with the program, the Bridge will be reclassified as a Placement and the remaining 50% becomes due.

6. Bridge

Temporary survival work declared within 5 business days and confirmed by us in writing: non-development work (any hours), or development work under 30 hours/week or with a fixed end date under 3 months. A Bridge triggers no payment, breaks no guarantee, stops no clock. Undeclared work is never a Bridge — anything discovered undeclared is treated as a concealed Placement.

7. Meaningful Action

An action that demonstrates progress: watching at least 5 minutes of video, completing a lesson/quiz/assignment, logging an application, submitting a check-in, or completing an assessment. Simply logging in without completing any action does NOT count.

8. Sloppy Work

Work submitted with significant grammar errors, formatting mistakes, or minimal effort (e.g., copy-pasting from ChatGPT without reviewing or adjusting).

The coach will reject sloppy work and return it for revision. After 2 rejections for the same deliverable, mentors will kick in the Escalation Path.

9. Written Warning

A formal notice sent via email. It states the specific requirement you have missed and gives you a 14-day cure window to fix the issue. Written warnings are tracked in your student record.

10. Cure Window

A 14-day period given to you after a written warning. During this time, you can catch up on missed requirements without losing your guarantee.

If you fail to catch up within the cure window, your guarantee is voided. You lose eligibility for the No-Hire, No-Pay refund.

Important: Your guarantee being voided does NOT mean you are removed from the program. You can continue. We still want you to get hired. The only thing you lose is the refund guarantee at day 180.

The 50% payment ONLY becomes due if:

• You get a job (like any other student)
• You are removed from the program for complete abandonment (14 days of silence after guarantee already voided)
• You are removed for conduct violations

11. Professional Working Proficiency

The ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment.

This means you can:

• Understand and participate in technical discussions
• Read and write technical documentation
• Communicate clearly with team members, managers, and stakeholders
• Understand interview questions and respond coherently

For IT roles in the Netherlands, Germany, and other EU countries:

• If you target English-only roles, English proficiency at a professional working level is sufficient. You do NOT need local language proficiency.
• If you target roles requiring local language (e.g., German-speaking roles), you must have professional working proficiency in that language.

We verify your language proficiency on the admission call before you pay anything.

12. Verification

To maintain guarantee eligibility, you must verify your job search activity upon request.

Options for verification (choose one):

• Grant read-only access to your job search email account (recommended)
• Provide weekly screenshots of your sent folder and application confirmations
• Share a screen recording (LOOM) showing your application submissions

If you refuse all verification methods or are unable to provide evidence of your applications, your guarantee may be voided.

All verification data is confidential and used only to confirm application activity. We do not store or share your email credentials.

Recommendation (not a requirement):

We strongly recommend creating a dedicated email address for your job search. This helps you:

• Keep job search communications organized
• Track applications more easily
• Separate job search from personal email

If you choose to do this, you can grant read-only access to this email for verification purposes without exposing your personal email.

13. Lifetime Ban

A permanent ban from all SeniorDev programs, services, platforms, and communities. This includes:

• Loss of access to all current and future programs
• Inability to re-enroll in any SeniorDev program
• Removal from all community channels
• No refund of any amounts paid

A lifetime ban applies when:

• You fail to pay the remaining 50% within 30 days after program removal
• You are removed for severe conduct violations (abuse, cheating, sharing materials)
• You repeatedly violate program terms after multiple written warnings

14. Guarantee Void

The student loses all eligibility for the No-Hire, No-Pay refund. This happens when:

• 7+ days inactive (no communication)
• Failure to catch up after cure window
• AI misuse or cheating
• Conduct violations

Consequences:

• No refund at day 180
• Access to the platform and calls continues (we still want you to get hired)
• Coaching continues

The 50% payment is NOT due immediately (only becomes due if you get a job, or if you are later removed for abandonment)

Key difference: Guarantee void = you lose the refund. That’s it. You stay in the program. You keep getting coached. We want you to win.

15. Program Removal

The student is removed from the program entirely. This happens when:

• 14+ days inactive AFTER guarantee already voided AND no communication
• Severe conduct violations (immediate removal)
• Repeated failure to execute after multiple cure windows

Consequences:

• All access revoked immediately
• 50% payment becomes due immediately
• Lifetime ban if not paid within 30 days

Key difference:

• Guarantee void = you lose refund, stay in program
• Program removal = you’re out completely

16. Reminders

Automated, non-escalating notifications are sent to help you stay on track. They do not affect your guarantee eligibility. Examples:

• “3 days inactive” email
• Tuesday check-in reminder
• “You’re behind on applications” notification

17. Warnings

Escalating notifications that can affect your guarantee eligibility.

Types of warnings:

• Written Warning: Formal notice sent via email. States the specific requirement missed. Gives 14-day cure window. Tracked in your student record.
• Final Warning: Second written warning for the same issue. May result in immediate guarantee void or program removal.
• Conduct Warning: Warning for conduct violations (abuse, cheating, sharing materials). Second offense = removal.

18. Refund

The guarantee refund you are eligible for if you execute the program and are not hired by day 180. Eligibility conditions:

• You must have completed all mandatory requirements (applications, modules, check-ins)
• You must not have violated any program terms
• Your guarantee must not have been voided

What you get:

• Full refund of all payments made (excluding transaction fees)
• Refund processed within 14 days of approval

What you do NOT get:

• Refund of transaction fees
• Refund if guarantee was voided for any reason
• Refund if you are working 30+ hours/week as a developer on day 180

19. Escalation Path

A standardized process that applies when you miss a requirement (inactivity, missed target, sloppy work, missed check-in).

It does NOT automatically mean you lose the guarantee or get removed from the program. It gives you a clear path to get back on track.

Exceptions:

• AI misuse or cheating → Immediate void (skips to Step 6)
• 14 days inactive → Immediate removal (skips to Step 7)
• Conduct violations → Written warning. Second offense = removal (skips to Step 7)

9. Order of Precedence & Entire Agreement

This Program Agreement is the complete and controlling agreement between you (the “Student”) and Theseniordev.com Ltd. regarding your enrollment in this Program.

Where any term in this Program Agreement conflicts with the general Terms & Conditions published at theseniordev.com, this Program Agreement governs and takes precedence for all matters relating to your enrollment — including, without limitation, refund eligibility, the guarantee window, and any limitation of liability.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following provisions of the general site Terms & Conditions do not apply to your enrollment in this Program and are superseded by the corresponding terms of this Program Agreement:

• The 14-day refund limit (superseded by this Program’s two separate and independent refund remedies: the 14-day trial refund and the day-180 guarantee refund);
• The clause barring refunds after accessing 20% of content (does not apply to this Program);
• The general limitation of liability cap (superseded by the refund remedies set out in this Program Agreement).

Transaction, wiring, and payment-processing fees remain non-refundable under both this Program Agreement and the general Terms.

Except as expressly modified here, all other provisions of the general Terms & Conditions continue to apply. No verbal statement or informal communication overrides this Agreement; any change must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
