Terms & Conditions - theSeniorDev.com
Last updated by Bogdan Nedelcu on Oct 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you use theseniordev.com or join any program run by Theseniordev.com Ltd., a company registered in Gibraltar (“theSeniorDev”, “we”, “us”). “You” means you, as a visitor or as a student.
Each program also has its own terms. When you join one, they apply together with these Terms.
1. The documents that apply to you
When you join a program, your agreement with us is made of:
- Your order: the program, price, payment plan and start date shown at checkout, on your invoice or in your payment confirmation.
- Your Program Terms: the Terms & Guarantees of your program, plus its Enrollment Agreement and Guarantee Eligibility List, where used.
- These Terms.
If they conflict, this order applies:
- Any change agreed in writing by both of us.
- Your order, for your price, payment plan and start date.
- Your Program Terms.
- These Terms.
Website pages, ads, emails, videos and sales calls describe our programs. They don’t change your agreement. Only a written change agreed by both of us does.
2. Using our website and free content
Our website, videos, newsletters and other free content are for general education. They are not personal advice and come with no guarantee of results.
When you use our website, don’t:
- Copy or republish our content, beyond personal use or sharing a link.
- Scrape it, attack it or try to access areas that aren’t yours.
- Use it to train AI models or to build a competing product.
We may link to other websites and tools. We’re not responsible for their content or terms.
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3. Joining a program
Admission.
Most programs start with an application and an admission call. We may decline anyone we don’t believe the program can help.
Paying means accepting.
When you make your first payment, you accept your Program Terms and these Terms. We share them with you before you pay, and our checkout pages and invoices link to them. If we also ask you to sign an Enrollment Agreement, it confirms the same commitment.
Start date.
Your program starts on your kickoff date, unless your Program Terms or order say otherwise.
Your access is personal.
Don’t share your login, materials or calls with anyone. Keep your account secure, and tell us if you think it has been compromised.
4. Fees and payment
Your price, currency and payment plan are shown at checkout and on your invoice.
A payment plan spreads out the payment of your total fee. It is not a monthly subscription you can cancel, unless your order says so.
Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout. Transaction, currency conversion, bank and wiring fees are non-refundable.
If a payment is missed:
- We notify you in writing, and you have 7 days to make the payment.
- After those 7 days, your program access is paused until the payment is made.
- If a payment is still unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may end your enrollment and guarantee. The unpaid amount stays due.
If your Program Terms set different rules for missed payments, those rules apply.
Chargebacks.
If something is wrong with a payment, email us first and we’ll fix it. A chargeback on a payment that is due counts as a missed payment.
Price changes.
Our prices may change for new students. A change never affects a price you have already agreed.
5. Refunds and guarantees
Refunds, trials and guarantees depend on the program. You have the ones stated in your Program Terms or your order.
Some offers are non-refundable. When they are, we say so clearly before you pay.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Transaction, currency conversion and wiring fees are not refunded. A full refund ends your enrollment and your program access.
Your legal right to cancel.
If you are a consumer, the law in your country may give you a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. When you join, you ask us to start your program straight away. If you cancel during that period, you pay for the part already delivered, as the law allows. This doesn’t limit any trial or guarantee in your Program Terms.
No other guarantees.
We don’t guarantee a job, offer, promotion, salary or title, unless your Program Terms say so in writing.
6. How we deliver our programs
Depending on your program, we deliver it through:
- Our training and job hunt platform
- Video and written training
- Assessments, assignments and tools
- Live group coaching calls and individual feedback
- Our community
Live Calls.
We schedule live calls on the platform or calendar. If we need to move a call, we aim to give at least 7 days’ notice. Illness or technical problems can mean shorter notice; we then offer a replacement where possible. Calls may be recorded and shared with program members.
Response times.
Questions sent through the program’s channels normally get a reply within 1 to 3 working days. Working days exclude weekends, Gibraltar public holidays and announced closures.
Feedback.
Feedback is educational. We review the work your program includes. We don’t do your job tasks, take-home tests or client work for you.
Changes.
We keep improving our programs and may change content, tools, call times or mentors. We won’t remove what your Program Terms promise without a fair replacement or remedy.
Outages.
Platforms and tools sometimes go down. We fix interruptions as fast as we reasonably can. A short outage is not a breach of your agreement.
7. Your responsibilities
Our programs work when you do the work. You agree to:
- Take part honestly and complete the actions your Program Terms require.
- Give us accurate information, and verify your records when your Program Terms ask.
- Make your own decisions about your applications, interviews, code and career. We coach; you decide.
- Submit work you understand and can explain on a call.
AI tools. We teach you to use AI like a Senior Engineer, and you are free to use it. You stay responsible for what you submit. Cheating, plagiarism, fake evidence or work you can’t explain may lead to rejected work, loss of your guarantee or removal. We never rely on an AI-detection score alone.
8. Conduct and community
Treat mentors, staff and other members with respect. Disagreements and tough questions are welcome. Abuse, threats, harassment, discrimination, disrupting calls, cheating and sharing program material are not.
If there is a problem, we normally tell you in writing what is wrong, give you a chance to fix it and explain what happens if it continues. In serious cases, we may restrict or remove your access immediately.
Don’t share other members’ personal details, salaries, code, employers or private community posts without their permission.
9. Intellectual property
Our training, assessments, platform, templates, frameworks, recordings and feedback belong to Theseniordev.com Ltd. or our licensors.
While your access is active, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and career. Without our written permission, you may not:
- Share your account or access.
- Copy, record, download or redistribute program materials or calls.
- Resell, publish or commercially use them.
- Scrape the platform or use our materials to train AI models.
- Use them to build a competing program.
If you do, we may suspend or end your access and take legal action, including asking a court to stop the misuse.
Your work stays yours. You give us a limited right to store and review it, to deliver your program, keep records and improve our service in anonymized form.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
Documents we send you personally, like your Program Terms, are confidential. Don’t share them without our written permission.
We keep what you share with us confidential and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. When we verify your job search, you can hide anything we don’t need for the check.
Testimonials. We only use your name, photo, employer, salary or results publicly with your permission. We may use anonymized data where you can’t be identified.
11. Pauses, suspension and ending your enrollment
Pauses. Pause rules are in your Program Terms. If something serious happens, like illness or a family emergency, tell us early.
Suspension. We may pause your access for an overdue payment after notice, a security risk, serious or repeated conduct issues, or suspected cheating, fraud or sharing while we review it.
Removal. We may end your enrollment for a serious breach you haven’t fixed after a Written Warning, serious misconduct, fraud, ongoing non-payment or sharing program materials. When practical, we warn you first and confirm in writing what it means for your access, payments and guarantee.
Quitting. You can stop at any time. Quitting doesn’t cancel payments already due or the remaining installments of your agreed fee, unless your Program Terms or the law say otherwise.
When your enrollment ends, your program access ends. The rules on payments, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and disputes continue to apply.
12. Education, not employment services
We provide education, mentorship, tools and feedback. We are not a recruitment agency or an employer, and we don’t give legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
We don’t control employers, hiring markets or salaries. Testimonials and past results show what others achieved. They don’t promise you the same result.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, as far as the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost earnings or lost opportunities.
- Our total liability for a program is limited to the fees you paid for that program.
- Our total liability for free content and website use is limited to €100.
14. Complaints and disputes
If something isn’t right, email team@theseniordev.com with a short summary.
We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to give you a full answer within 15 working days.
Please contact us before starting a chargeback or a legal claim. Most issues are solved with one email.
These Terms and your program agreement are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and the courts of Gibraltar handle any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep any right the law gives you to bring a claim in the country where you live, under its law.
15. General
Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Updates apply to purchases made after them. If an update materially affects your active enrollment, we tell you in writing first. For website use, the latest version applies.
Events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, like outages, illness or natural disasters. We keep you informed and resume as soon as we can.
Entire agreement.
Your agreement with us is the set of documents in section 1. It replaces earlier statements on the same subject.
Severability. If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
No waiver. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
Transfer.
You can’t transfer your enrollment without our written approval. We may transfer our agreement if our business is reorganized or sold. Your program then continues on the same terms.
Electronic signatures and records.
Checkout, payment, electronic signatures and email are valid ways to agree and to give notice. We keep records of what you accepted and when.
