// 03 · WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T GET AN OFFER
Our Guarantee

🛡️ 2-week Trial Period
Join, do the week-1 work, and see it from the inside. If within your first 14 days you decide this isn't for you — full refund of everything you paid, processed within 14 days, no questions beyond a short feedback call. After day 14, your enrollment payment is non-refundable: from that point, the only path to a refund is the 180-day guarantee below.
🛡️ No-Hire, No-Pay
Our students usually get an offer within 90 days. But if you do the work and you don't get hired by day 90, the next 90 days of the program are free. Same calls, same support, we keep going.
If you're still not hired on day 180, you get a full refund of everything you paid, assuming you implemented the program. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
// The fine print — read the full terms
When your clocks start
Your 90-day and 180-day clocks start on your kickoff date (your onboarding call), not on the day you pay.
Your Target Profile
Your Target Profile — role type, markets, and minimum salary — is agreed on your admission call, before you pay anything, anchored to market data for your level and location. If we can't agree on a realistic range, we'll tell you honestly and you shouldn't join. We confirm it in writing at kickoff; it's revisable afterward only by mutual written agreement.
The salary minimum protects you from offers you decline — a lowball you turn down never counts against you, and we keep working. Only a Qualifying Offer (matching your Target Profile) fulfills the guarantee.
Work you accept
Work you accept is different: any paid development work must be declared within 5 business days, and we classify it together in writing — either a Placement (the deal completing: second half due, whatever the salary) or a Bridge (survival work: your search continues, nothing due, nothing lost). Development work of 30+ hours a week without a near end date is a Placement. Undeclared work is always treated as a Placement.
What "doing the work" means (agreed with you at onboarding, tracked weekly, no surprises)
- Complete at least 80% of the training module assignments.
- Send your agreed weekly volume of quality applications: tailored resume, matching role requirements, logged in the platform. We define your weekly target together in week 1 based on the market you are in. Mass-applying with the same resume doesn't count; we'll show you why in Module 1.
- Attend at least 75% of the weekly live calls during these 3 months (or watch the recording and submit your weekly check-in).
- Complete ALL technical assessments before entering live interview processes.
- Respond to coaches and program communications within 1 to 3 weekdays.
Do this, and you'll be better prepared than 95% of the software engineers you're competing against. That's why we can make this offer.
One clear line on day 180
The refund applies if you're not employed in software development. If you're working 30+ hours/week as a developer on day 180, you're hired — the refund doesn't apply, whatever we called the role along the way.
If life interrupts
If life seriously interrupts your search — illness, family emergency — talk to us. We can pause your program and your guarantee clock once, for up to 30 days, by written agreement.
Conduct
We reserve the right to remove students who are abusive to coaches or community members, cheat in interviews, or share program materials. After one written warning, except in severe cases. Removal for conduct cancels the guarantee. Any amount paid up until that point is also non-refundable.

Common Questions
How much does it cost?
You can start working with us for as little as 1,500 EUR. Full pricing is disclosed on your admission call — if we find a match. Book your call with Dragos.
How much time commitment does the program require?
Plan for 10–20 hours per week: ~5 hours of program work (modules, assessments, assignments) plus 5–15 hours of job search activity (applications, interviews, prep). If you can't commit to that, don't join yet. The guarantee assumes this effort. You'll also need professional working proficiency in your target market's language. We verify this together on the admission call, before you pay anything.
When do my 90 and 180 days start?
On your kickoff date — the onboarding call where we confirm your Target Profile in writing — not the day you pay.
What counts as "getting an offer"?
For the guarantee: a Qualifying Offer — a real, paid development role matching the Target Profile we agreed before you paid. For the payment: a Placement — any development work you accept at 30+ hours/week without a near end date, whatever the salary. Survival work (a Bridge) triggers nothing, as long as you declare it.
What if I need to take a temporary job to pay the bills?
Take it — just declare it within 5 business days. We classify it together in writing as a Bridge: your program, your conditions, and your clocks all continue, and nothing becomes due. Non-development work never affects the deal at all.
