This 2-week guarantee is designed to protect you from a misaligned purchase—not to act as a trial period or temporary access window.

Purpose of this guarantee:

This guarantee exists to give you confidence that your investment will pay off—as long as you take action.

It applies only when you follow the roadmap, complete the work, and engage fully with the coaching process. It’s not designed for passive participation or “seeing how it goes.”

2.1. **NOTES ON SALARY INCREASE

1. Salary percentage calculated in respect to your current role.
2. If unemployed when starting the program, the rate assumed will be the market rate, based on Mid/Senior salary level in your local market:
   • Tier 1:
     • USA, Hong Kong & Australia: $90,000 USD
   • Tier 2:
     • EU Tech Hubs: $55,000 EUR (Germany, UK, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Switzerland & Austria)
     • Canada: $70,000 CAD
   • Tier 3:
     • Emerging Tech Markets: $30,000 USD (Southern Europe, Eastern, and the rest of Western Europe)
3. The rate for countries not present in this list will be agreed upon by the Staff and Mentee.
4. Remote roles are evaluated based on the employer’s market.
5. Salary amount is calculated based on the amount before tax.

2.2 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for the guarantee in the rare case where you don’t achieve your goals, you need to be committed and be putting in the work.

2.2.1. COMPLETE THE PROGRAM & DO THE WORK

• Complete at least 80% of core training modules (this should be doable in about 12 weeks of constant dedication of around 7 hours a week to the program).
• Submit all required tasks (be they technical or soft skills-oriented).
• Finish weekly assignments by mentors.

2.2.2. PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMUNITY & COACHING CALLS

• Attend at least 20 coaching calls in total (example: 2x per week for 10 week)
• Submit necessary technical assessments every month to check progress.
• Maintain weekly progress logs (using the template provided in the training).

2.2.3. FULLY COMMIT TO THE JOB SEARCH (WHILE JOB SEEKING, FOR A MINIMUM OF 8 WEEKS)

Required Weekly Activity:

✓ Submit 10 to 20+ quality applications per week, where quality means:

• Position matches your tech stack (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Role level matches your experience (Mid/Senior)
• The company has verified open positions
• Application includes required customization
• Full application tracking is provided in the job search tool

Application Quality Standards:

• Each application must be properly documented (using the tools provided by the program)
• Generic mass applications don’t count toward the 20
• Applications must be for real, active job postings
• Must follow application best practices taught in the program

Verification Process:

• Weekly submission of application tracking sheet
• Screenshots of completed applications
• Copies of emails with companies
• Interview feedback documentation
• Regular reviews with program mentors

Disqualifying Behaviors

• Mass-applying without customization
• Applying to obviously unsuitable positions
• Incomplete applications
• Failing to follow up on responses
• Missing interviews without a valid reason
• Failing to document the process

2.2.4. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years JavaScript/TypeScript commercial experience
• Work primarily in the JavaScript ecosystem
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level if applying for English-speaking jobs)
• Language proficiency in target job market (B1 or B2 level)
• Legal work authorization in the target job market

2.3 GUARANTEE EVALUATION PROCESS

• Participants must submit detailed records of their job search efforts quarterly during the guarantee period
• Prorated guarantees may be offered for extenuating circumstances (partial refund based on progress in the program)
• Program administrators review the full context of job search and offer acceptance
• All claims are subject to approval based on the participant commitments and efforts

2.4 WHAT THE GUARANTEE COVERS

The “Double Your Investment” guarantee specifically covers your salary increase or new position salary:

2.5 VERIFICATION PROCESS

To claim the guarantee:

1. You should provide accurate salary verification:
   • Recent payslip/contract (before)
   • New offer letter/contract (after)
2. In case of unemployment, provide a valid unemployment certificate.
3. Complete exit interview with a member of the program staff.
4. Allow 30 days time for internal processing.
5. The Company takes the right to reach out to current or future employers to verify salary claims; the Student must provide accurate contact information.
6. Withholding or falsifying any information provided for the verification process will automatically result in loss of eligibility.

2.6 PROGRAM GUARANTEE TIMELINE AND ELIGIBILITY

Guarantee Validity Clause (7 Months)

The “double your money or money back” guarantee is valid for up to 7 months from your program start date.

Location Requirements Clause:

Market Stability Clause:

This refund Guarantee is subject to the stability of the student’s target hiring market.

In the event of war, natural disaster, or extreme economic crisis (Force Majeure) in the student’s primary job market, the 6-month refund option is suspended. In these cases, the guarantee converts to ‘Indefinite Coaching,’ where we continue to support the student at no extra cost until market conditions allow for a successful placement.

Founders’ Note: We are extremely confident in our training’s effectiveness, but outcomes can vary based on local market conditions, your qualifications, and your commitment to the program.

2.7. CONDUCT & COACHABILITY CLAUSE

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that this policy serves as your formal notice. Failure to meet these timelines will result in automated action without further warning.

To maintain eligibility for the guarantee, receive ongoing coaching, and keep your platform access, you must meet the following standards of conduct and engagement.

For the guarantee to be applicable, you must:

• Respect the mentors and follow the program’s guidance in good faith.
• Avoid disruptive, combative, or disrespectful behavior in coaching calls or community interactions.
• Implement feedback before questioning it.
• Ask questions constructively and contribute positively to the learning environment.

The guarantee is voided (non-applicable), and program access may be terminated if:

• You consistently challenge the coaching without applying it.
• You exhibit disrespectful or toxic behavior toward mentors or fellow students.
• You create friction that negatively impacts the group or the coaching process.
• You receive 2 or more warnings from staff for behavior-related issues.
• You require more than three (3) manual follow-ups (“pings”) from staff (via Email, DMs, etc) within any 30-day period due to missed assignments or failure to respond.
• Program Abandonment (21 Days): You fail to submit a Weekly Progress Log or show zero activity in the Skool community for a period of 21 consecutive calendar days without prior written notice and approval for a “Pause” from the coaching team. This voids your guarantee and will lead to total suspension of your coaching access.
• Account Dormancy (45-Day Hard Expiry): You fail to log into the Skool platform for 45 consecutive days. At this point, your account is classified as completely dormant. Your access to the platform, community, and curriculum will be permanently revoked without notice, and no refunds will be issued.

We are committed to supporting students who are committed to their own success. This guarantee is not designed for those who wish to argue instead of act.

2.8. COACHING LIFESPAN & GUARANTEE LIMITS

We are committed to helping you succeed, but we do not offer free lifetime coaching for part-time effort.

To ensure fairness and protect the community resources, the following limits apply to our guarantee and ongoing support:

• The guarantee—and any right to free coaching extensions—is completely fulfilled the moment you land your first relevant job or salary increase.
• If you land a job but lose it before your standard 1-year program access expires, you can absolutely still attend group calls and use the community for the remainder of your first year. However, the guarantee does not “restart.” At month 13, you will need to pay for the standard Continuity Plan to keep accessing the calls and curriculum, just like any other graduated student.
• If you are granted “Indefinite Coaching” due to market conditions (as per Section 2), this extension is strictly contingent on your unbroken momentum. If you trigger the 21-Day Program Abandonment or 45-Day Account Dormancy rules at any point, the Indefinite Coaching offer is permanently revoked. We do not offer lifetime coaching for sporadic effort. At that point, you will need to pay the standard renewal fee to keep accessing the program.

Any approved refund results in immediate and permanent loss of access to all program materials, calls, and community.
