They are also out of cheap money
The laid off thousands of devs
Small companies emulated their behaviour
Everyone is thinking AI will help them automate instead of hire
The tech job market is tighter than we’ve ever seen it.
But, if you look behind the hype:
Tons of devs are still getting good offers
Great companies hiring strongly
Actually, the tide is changing.
Even GitHub’s CTO admitted that we are going to still need developers.
Tons of them.
(if you are looking to quit and become a plumber… I would say wait a bit)
2. How can you still make it?

This is about strategy.

Go full stack (even FE devs)
Master live coding
Specialize in a defined niche (fintech, health, crypto…)
